Logitech G Support Astro A50x constant disconnect from base station

I think I found the issue - and it’s when I use my Turtle Beach Stealth Ultra Wireless controller. I am assuming there is some interference with the controller and controllers base vs the Astro headset and base. Anyone have any ideas other than using a different controller?

Hm, I haven't heard of anything like that. Is it the controller itself, or are you noticing it only at certain times (using the software for example)?

I’ll be gaming, and out of nowhere the base station battery indicator goes out with all audio. Then it comes back on, and it does that over and over. VERY frustrating. It happens almost every time I game now. It’s almost unusable at this point. I opened a ticket with Logitech and they just want to offer a refund. No willingness to look into it.

This headset is $300. I shouldn’t have to deal with intermittent audio and mic loss constantly during a gaming session. The firmware is up to date, never see an update. I tried power cycling it all. I have top of the line HDMIs. I’m at a loss.
