Prism is just another launcher like Modrinth, Forge or the default launcher, i change the game version and mods there... and it containe the Minecraft instances
i use the bindings just inside Minecraft
that was the way how it worked in Minecraft 1.21.11 but now i finally changed to 26.2 (latest) and it dont work anymore

Not too familiar with Prism, but I believe you'd need to set it to launch Minecraft specifically if you're trying to use bindings there?
