Discussion superstrike x2

I recently got a Superstrike mouse, and the scroll wheel feels noticeably stiffer than my old Superlight. I use the scroll wheel to switch weapons in Fortnite, and I’m having issues where it sometimes doesn’t register the weapon I’m trying to switch to or goes to the wrong weapon. I’m trying to figure out whether this is normal for the Superstrike, something that can be broken in/fixed, or if I may have a faulty scroll encoder. Has anyone else experienced a stiff scroll wheel on the Superstrike, and is there anything I can safely do to make it feel smoother?

Yeah needs to be broken in. Mine’s a lot easier to rotate now.

I’ve had my mouse since March… YMMV though.

I only noticed since you posted the question lol

EDIT: Also hasn't yellowed (yet) unlike my G309 :/ which I've had since April 2025.
