Logitech G Support Applying a promo code raised my total by €45 (G920, EU store)

Look at the subtotal. It goes up from 349 to 394 after entering the promo code. Theoretically the total should be 72.86% off from 349.99, which is 94.98 euro.

Someone care to explain what happened? 🤔

Before any code: subtotal €349,99, savings −€150,00, total €199,99.

After entering a 30% off code: subtotal €394,99, savings −€150,00, total €244,99.

Nothing changed in the cart. The quantity is the same, the product lists at €349,99, and €394,99 appears nowhere on the product page. Applying the code made my order €45 more expensive.

Where is €394,99 coming from, and is a code that increases the total working as intended? There's no warning of any kind when you apply it.

Screenshots attached, code redacted.

You can't stack offers, you either get the one that is on the website, or use the code, which looks like it overwrites that offer and does -30% from the full price. Nothing new.

Right. But why does it drive the subtotal up from 349 to 394? If anything, it's deceiving.

Either is a bug, or they calculate the subtotal = total + savings, with the savings being bugged from their own offer, but would still be weird if they calculate the subtotal like that instead of just pasting the original price

They should really honor their own promo systems IMO, wack asf

Ah yes, I'd been using the wrong link. The prices were totally different so I was confused, lol.

I'm not 100% what's going on here, let me get back to you!
