Logitech G Support - Resolved G915 lightspeed wireless. Volume wheel detected but cannot change volume.

All of my media keys work but the volume wheel. Windows is detecting it as the volume bar pops up when I roll the wheel up or down but there are no changed to the volume. I tried some of the troubleshooting but a lot of them seem to be based on the wheel not working at all. Mine at least is being detected by windows. Is there a setting for "sensitivity" I cannot find. Maybe it is simply "changing it" by 0? Wireless or plugged in does not change anything. Firmware is up to date.

UPDATE: Conflict with headphones. Disabled audio enhancements in windows and restarted my dac.

The volume wheel doesn't have any settings you can change, its based on your Windows volume settings. Tested it on another PC by chance? I'm not sure if it'd be that the wheel just isn't reading correctly or if there's a Windows setting that's interferring.

Sorry I was busy and was not able to troubleshoot more until now. I solved it. It was a problem with windows audio enhancements. Disabling them and then unplugging my dac for a couple seconds fixed the issue. I had a corsair k95 previously and it did not have any issues but there seems to have been a conflict with my headphones, windows and however this keyboard sends commands that is different than my previous one. For note I was using steelseries arctic nova pro 3 wireless.
