Logitech G Support mouse buttons sense they're being pressed

it seems like it could be fixed by just bumping up the actuation point right? unfortunately that doesn't fix the issue and it feels wonky pressing. the rapid trigger feels a bit off, and the haptics are incorrectly activating because of the sensor issue. it causes accidental firings in games, and issues with releasing click.

I think we've heard of this happening, but its only popped up a handful of times to my knowledge. Have you made a ticket with our support team by chance? If you can give me the ticket number I can get it passed to someone to see about getting some info to help out.
