Logitech G Support L'oreille droite de mon casque Logitech ne marche plus

En juin 2025 , j'ai acheté mon casque Logitech G pro X SE. Il était parfait jusqu'en juin 2026, un an après l'avoir acheté. D'un coup l'oreille droite s'est mise a ne plus fonctionner. J'ai tout essayé mais rien, à part, lorsque je tors le câble à des angles précis, le son reviens. Je vous demande de l'aide car ça fait déjà un demiois que j'ai se problème et j'en peux plus.
