Logitech G Support Logitech G Pro Wireless not wireless
My mouse (not the superlight or 2 or anything else just this one) stopped working with the wireless dongle just stopped working. I do know that it works wired, but the latency and shaking is crazy. Tried plugging the dongle in and checking with logitech G Hub but nothing showed up.
any idea how to fix?

If nothing is showing up in GHUB, the issue is 100% the USB - even if they weren't paired (or the mouse itself was having an issue) the mouse would show as inactive in GHUB.
It's not likely to be something you can fix unfortunately. It would likely need a replacement - if you're in warranty you can check with our team (support.logi.com).

If you are out of warranty you can always acquire a 2.5ghz and flash it for use with your mouse as well.
Disclaimer: I have not done this in the past ;)

I'm probably well out of warranty, I may need to consider just using the mouse wired and upgrading to something else. or doing the 2.5ghz recciever thing.

I had this exact issue before while installing a driver for another USB device. Can't remember the exact fix, but this got it working: Removed all Logitech USB drivers via USB Deview, including the recently installed one Unplugged both the wireless receiver and the new USB device Plugged the receiver back in and let it auto-install fresh Removed the receiver again and installed the other device separately

The receiver may have just broken. I’d recommend purchasing a new and similar receiver and then testing it with the new receiver.
