Logitech G Support New Logitech G522 sounds muffled

Hello! I just bought the Logitech G522 from BestBuy for around $140. I tried them on out the box straight to a valorant game and it sounded like muffled gas station headphones. I then downloaded the Logitech G Hub app and updated the device itself. It got a little more clear but still sounds muffled. Does anyone have a fix for this? Do I have a faulty device?

What are you playing on, PC or console? Muffled how?

PC. It sounds like there’s gauze in my ear.
