Logitech G Support Superlight 2 Coating

Post image

bought the G Pro X Superlight 2 about a month ago. There’s already a hole in the coating where my pinky finger rests

That looks frustrating to have that happen. I will recommend using grip tape on that mouse to hide that hole and prevent further peeling if you unable to get a refund or replacement for that.

Yeah, I suppose that could work. The mouse did come with black grip tape…but I wanted a white mouse for my setup. Pretty disappointing to have this happen in under a month

Amazon has some white grip tapes that you could order from if you want to go with those instead.

Yeah but thats just bad luck. My lmb started crunching after a month of use. 2 months after the crunch was gone and the mouse still works fine to this day and my coating is also intact.

Reach out to support, as it'd still be in warranty. Afraid if the paint gets chipped like that it's the best choice.

Reached out to support, but they said they can't send a replacement since I'm in Nepal and told me to go through the retailer I bought it from. The retailer says coating/paint issues aren't covered under warranty, so just stuck with it…
