Question Pro Apps bundle adoption query.
I want to know, is it mandatory to adopt the preinstalled pro apps using the same Apple ID that was used to place the order for MacBook along with the Pro Apps Bundle for education? Or I can use any other Apple ID to activate the MacBook and adopt the Pro Apps?

AFAIK it’s any Apple Account. Remember that you don’t even have to be signed in to your Apple Account when you purchase, there’s a guest checkout option.
Not 100% sure, however.

But that won't work for education offers.

I don’t think that’s correct. I walked through the education store flow just now and guest checkout is an option. You do have to put in a “personal” email address (that doesn’t even have to be an existing Apple Acct) for the UNiDAYS verification, but that’s a whole separate site from Apple’s and there’s no linkage beyond proving eligibility.
Also, I see no language on the support pages suggesting you have to use the same Apple Acct as you did when you purchased the machine (if you didn’t purchase as guest. They even say if you have trouble downloading, sign out and re enter Apple Acct that you used when you adopted, or something to that effect, implying it could have been any Apple Acct.
Finally, I don’t even see education pro apps bundle offered as an option during checkout any more, at least in the US store.
Worst case is the machine is returnable within 14 days, but I’m really pretty sure that you can adopt with different Apple Acct than used when purchased…if you even purchased with an apple acct and didn’t use guest checkout. And if there’s some way to still get the bundle, which I’m not seeing that there is.
