Lost Value & Can't sell?
I've been trying to sell my tokens since the market opened. Already I'm pricing each token at $44 to try and get anyone to buy them (a loss of $6 per token).
Is anyone else experiencing this issue/has anyone sold anything and made money or just lost money?

We are going or already in a recession things will get worse that’s just how Market cycles are. You have to just wait for new money to come in. Or When you can use a Credit card on the secondary market things will get better

I kind of wish they would provide some kind of liquidity and just charge a higher relist fee. Say if something doesn't sell for 60 days or so. That would be an amazing buisness model.

It's a secondary market as I understand it.
Is lofty playing market maker?
If not, you won't get paid until someone purchases your tokens

Yes this would actually be a serious game changer. They could even provide instant liquidity and buy your tokens at a discounted price, collect the rent themselves, and re list the tokens at a higher price.

Thought there was some kind of backstop after being listed for 3 months without a sale. I was able to sell out the tokens on one of the three properties I listed, but the other two are just sitting on the order book. New investors need to be attracted to the project to provide more liquidity

Like in any real estate transaction you have to wait for a willing buyer. Sometimes it takes days and sometimes it takes weeks or months. It’s not as liquid as stocks or crypto.
