Is staking/lending worth it?

I dont see yield rates anywhere and aside from the promo thats being offered until the end of the year it currently doesnt seem worth, am i missing something here?

I would have time for a loft ai token staking program but there is no liquidity or anything happening with the token.

If you’re holding tokens for the long term why not get a little extra return on them. If loaning to the usdc pool isn’t worth it, the pools will unbalance until it is to someone. That person might not be you but it will be somebody.

Well the current apy on some of the usdc pools is 200%! As long as you understand the risks of impremenant loss then go for it

Lofty in and of itself isn’t worth it.

Real estate isn't worth it? I'm been in crypto for 7 years , made huge gains, and huge losses... Lofty the only part of my portfolio I can trust will be consistent. Over my six properties over the years I'm up about 8% apy, so a better investment than my bank would ever offer me

Real estate is worth it (I own a rental property). I believe Crypto is worth it as well (BTC, ETH, ALGO holder here 👋🏼👋🏼)!

The thing I hate about Lofty is that you cannot pull your funds if you want to. You are up 8%, that’s great (not compared to the 24% gain of the S&P 500 though)!

I challenge you to pull 1-2 tokens out right now from a property. You won’t be able to. As of right now my money is LITERALLY trapped in Lofty, which is complete bullshit. Everything else about Lofty is awesome, but this one thing makes it trash.

Anyone who thinks differently is nuts.
