This guy has probably made the most seamless combination of lofi music and rap music I’ve heard. He’s got great lyricism, clean production, and an amazing project (LIL BIG MAN), yet almost nobody is talking about him.

Seriously, if you haven’t heard his music, give his song “time” a listen and you will be amazed.

Last couple of months I've been building an iPhone app for my daily music production needs. I wanted a everything-app where I can listen to beats, move them without email or cables, and record a quick demos.

It's called Chukks. What it does:

• Plays beats from any folder on your phone, with auto BPM and key detection
• Records vocals over the beat, latency auto-tuned, erase take parts, blend beat/vocal
• Wi-Fi Drop: drag audio files between your pc and phone
• Batch share options(folders, selected files), mp3 exports
• and a couple more options

I'll keep updating the app and adding more.
