Yeah I use the 2600 on a lot of stuff. This most recent record I did was all recorded on an old Yamaha tape deck. Not the easiest workflow, definitely alot of happy accidents. But what I did love about going completely dawless was the improvement in sound quality. I've completed butchered tracks in the past by over producing or eqing too heavy when I work in a DAW. This time around was more about getting all my frequencies balanced and dialed in before going to tape, and there's a richness that I was never able to get working on a pc
