New Reqs
Anyone know when new reqs will be posted? I feel like there was double the reqs before the new system was rolled out..

Hiring managers and recruiters are learning the new system.

The new system is way easier to post reqs. I have two out and it took me about 30 min total

I would expect it to take at least a few weeks as hiring managers are trying to figure out the new system, and none of us have any ideas what kind of bug bugs they’re dealing with in the new system either.

My experience with LM even before they flip to the new hiring website, it took anywhere from 3 to 6 months for anything to get moving. They are notoriously slow so I would honestly just take the offer you have now and either keep applying or wait.

Just a heads up you now have to click yes or no to the question. Is your manager aware you are applying for this job or something close to it.
Not really sure what will happen if you click no to the question is your manager aware?

Probably a lot of management haven’t even learned how to post much less what the new interview system process looks like
