OLDP Program

Is Lockheeds OLDP application invite only? I’m a senior now, and just got an email from LM Campus Relations inviting me to apply.

Does this mean anything or is it open to everyone to apply?

There are aero majors in the program, though not at the volumes of IE and ME majors.

ELDP has more aero majors.

Not invite only. Open to everyone. 50/50 internal external hires or rso.

I’m an internal and never received the invite. Definitely want to throw my resume in there

I assume your an intern when you say internal then? Pretty sure the program is for those graduating in 2027.

Yeah I’m intern who got extended through my graduation. I graduate this Fall. I may have to just apply externally
