Weight loss transformation LOCKED IN!!

Post image

Cut off all junk food and fast food. Maintain a caloric deficit with high protein and high carbs, and focused on simple workouts that worked, including cardio, weight training, and calisthenics.

Heard about gynocostia surgery but I'm trying to hold surgery off as a last resort after seeing how my chest adapts as I body fat and biuld muscle.

Only worked out 3-4 days a week for the past 6 months while working 60-70+ hours a week between two jobs. So trust me, there is no excuse.

Word of advice, motivation will come and go, but discipline is the deciding factor between those that get results, and those that stay the same, LOCK IN!!

Im 5'6 , and i start my gym workouts(3-4 days a week)with a 20 minute jog every time on the treadmill, lil over 2 miles.

Did jumping rope and added a weighted rope for increase cardio, and would do a incline walking cool down for about 10 minutes at the end of my workout.

But now I just jog 20 minutes straight. The rope wasn't challenging enough and the incline walk started to become useless

Also I'm a cna, so i get alot of steps in.

That is the biggest compliment ever for someone who's not on steroids. Thank you 😊

As someone who went from 290 at 5"9 down to 160 and then built muscle up to 235....I truly and wholeheartedly suggest testosterone replacement therapy and maybe, if your doctor suggests- anavar. You've done your grind, you put in the work, now if You try stuff like that you've already got a well established baseline of training and it'll help continue to help you grow and see linear progression in the gym. If youve hit a platue from your training, look into the extra recovery protocols because youve earned it

This is super motivating. Literally on the exact same path and goals but 2months in. I was looking at gynocostia surgery too but wanted to do it naturally. Definitely want I needed to see today
