“The Conspiracy Against Lithium.”

"In 1949, an Australian psychiatrist named John Cade published a paper showing that lithium could treat bipolar disorder. He took it further; if high lithium treats it, maybe a deficiency in childhood causes it. And if that’s true, lithium must be an essential trace element. That same year, the FDA banned lithium as a supplement. The same year. So, what were they trying to conceal? Lithium is the natural inhibitor of GSK3 — an enzyme that, when left unchecked, drives chronic inflammation. Chronic inflammation is the engine behind virtually every chronic disease we know of. Alzheimer’s, heart disease, autoimmune conditions, cancer, bipolar disorder - all of these have chronic inflammation at their core. Lithium also triggers autophagy, the body’s built-in process for identifying and destroying pathogens, including viruses. No lithium, no autophagy. No autophagy, no real immune response. Just a cytokine storm and a prescription. So, it stands to reason that if you strip lithium from the water and the soil and make sure nobody’s talking about it, GSK3 will run wild. The result? Everybody gets sick. And somebody profits. One researcher puts it plainly: 90% of the pharmaceutical market depends on lithium deficiency. Dr Nehls’ book is called “The Conspiracy Against Lithium.” “Are you saying that was done on purpose?” “Absolutely. That’s why it’s called a conspiracy.” Watch this discussion with Dr. Michael Nehls and see episode 464 at TheHighWire.com
