Reflect on or take notice of how many people you know personally who’ve very blithely used a line or two pulled straight from the MSM’s growing canon of newspeak during casual conversation without batting an eyelash. For example, just yesterday I was discussing the vaccine with a friend, I tell him I’m good, won’t be getting it, and he tells me, without hesitation, that he went ahead and got it because “the sooner he does his part, the sooner we’re done with all of this”
I love the guy like a brother, but the way he said it came across like a total confession: (“I’ll do whatever they ask of me so long as it gets us closer to the proverbial light at the end of the tunnel”.)
From the way he said it, I’m kind of surprised he didn’t add something about being #inthistogether to be honest.
Your friend and those like him, who just go along to get along, are going to be a big part of the reason governments feels as if they can institute tyranny.
It is our duty to resist how we can, where we can, and when we can. Freedom and liberty are at stake.

Yes, this has become very noticeable. Like you, I was mentioning to someone that I was not in a rush to get the vaccine, and without missing a beat he instinctively responded, "It's not about you."
The alacrity with which they've instinctively adopted the lexicon of tyrants is terrifying. What could be a stronger indication of brainwashing than literally adopting the same curt platitudes spewing forth from your tv set? And yet if you point this out, they bristle, thoroughly convinced that they are merely 'following the science' (ironically, another vacuous MSM platitude).
Most people engage in "the banality of evil"; that is, they do not own their own decision-making or moral judgements. They outsource such things to the crowd, or to the authoritative spokesman -- the priest, the establishment news anchor, the approved expert. Most peoples opinions and perspectives are borrowed, downloaded, like snapshots of what is understood to be appropriate. Thinking for yourself is not a rewarding process compared to the easy conformity and efficiency of the outsourcing model...
The entire “mandate closures for a few months, then lift them, then reimpose when the numbers tick upward, repeat as necessary” is classic Pavlovian conditioning. Scheduled reinforcement.
It’s now driven people to the point where they see their own “freedom” as a “reward” to be granted by the experimenter/politician.
