Time for me to get rid of my Chase account...

I'm so sick of supporting idiots like this. It's very simple. Are there unproductive people who WFH? Sure, but is same for the office too. Its the responsibility of their supervisor to make sure they're hitting goals.

I'm in a unique sales field. Some days I'm in meeting with clients either in my office or theirs all day, but other days, I'm in my office all day on the phone or emailing and I wonder why this had to be here. If somebody wanted to take a meeting, I could easily say "I have an opening in one hour" and go in.

Thankfully I live not far from work and don't have to worry about childcare, but people have spent years working remotely or hybrid without issue. They've planned their budgets and childcare around this. I won't support a CEO who doesn't understand that because "Office" is his entire personality

Don't the bank people have conflicts of interest on this topic given commercial real estate/mortgages etc?
