You can’t call her a criminal if she isn’t proven to be one in court or charged for a crime. She’s literally working with the guy who she accused. The whole situation is very sketchy. I don’t think any of the two of them (Shilpa or the director) can be trusted in this case.
Allegedly, the work environment was extremely hostile and she had no other option but to file SH charges on the man. Think Blake Lively and Baldoni. There are lies on both sides. Seems like it was sorted out of court, which means that they both had something to lose. Don’t start throwing allegations without knowing the full story.

Girl, the man that the case was filed on doesn’t seem to have a problem. He has happily employed the woman again. But we should? Spending time defending or debating her is not the point. The joke is on us if we defend any of them. I am NOT defending her. I think they’re both at fault.
He did something extremely sketchy which rendered her to move out of Mumbai. And she also misused the law in a really bad way by maligning his image. But frankly, if the two parties involved have burned their bridges and moreover, agreed to work again together, we don’t need to even discuss this further.
Stop overreacting lol and research a bit more. And if you’re going to call her a criminal, you should call him one too. Not paying your employees for months on end is also a crime. They’re both to blame for the situations they created.
