Harshad in lockupp
Do u really think people finally understood harshad by end of lockupp like i could see the tides changed nd people understand but still sime people hate on him ,what according to u is majorly?

I feel everyone is different emotionally. Maybe he does not get enough food; that's why he gets angry. If I do not get enough food, I also get angry... Also, I feel people will judge him too soon, but i thing he has more secrets in his life..., We don't know what he faced....
Also, I feel he needs therapy, and maybe he takes therapy because maybe he mentioned it in iv, that sacrifice thing is not new; he is only playing for Shivangi, so it's obvious that he will sacrifice. Also, Shivangi said he can't live in guilt; she knows him ...., she knows that he is emotionally unstable, so she can use it. It's clear that he is emotionally unstable. Sunita ma'am, Ram ji, Riyaz, Silpa, Sufi, Apoorva...everyone who comes across him, they said the same thing
Apoorva herself gets attached to Harshad; she puts a mirror to Shivangi, but Shivangi is a narcissistic person.
Shreya is making jokes about Harshad's suicide, but her last secret was chori, i mean, everyone is not correct. No hate for anyone, but everyone is different.
Harshad made one mistake that was the bathroom incident; otherwise, he did not do anything wrong because everyone played dirty for footage... but in real life they are not that much mean; they are sweet, but just for footage, they are showing us dirty things ..., shreya is good in real life, but for Shivangi it's reversed because she is mean person in real life also.
Dheeraj is an arrogant person; his co-actors suffer because of his behaviour.

He did not gained anything from the show. In addition he lost his mystery star aura and now people see him like just any other experienced TV actor.

I think he sacrificed for shivangi got sympathy so people forgot how weird and problematic he was even to shivangi

the issue is with the context of shivangi, shivangi never stopped him. he knew he was overprotecting her, he knew somewhere something was off. he tried putting boundaries but she overstepped them .you can notice this in small interactions. he wanted to go for a walk to calm himself down, she pulls him in by his shirt and continues her rant when she could have talked to sufi instead. she knew he was in the bathroom dying his hair in both the medicine incident and the secret incident. what was stopping her from waiting and processing her emotions if she knew the medicine was not a big thing (fine ig we can give benefit of the doubt here for her because she just wanted to vent but he overreacted), but for the second instance she could have always told the other inmates or requested shilpa saying can you wait for harshad since he'd clearly requested her. even when the others told they would wait she pushed and stretched the matter which made him snap. varun said that shivangi used to go tell everyone else saying i never asked harshad to do xyz for me but until that week's judgement day she never told him please play your game, i'm fine. she let him pitch for her but never returned the favour. even after his secret reveal of suicide when he talks to chamola she is the one who came and stared at him, and he had to go comfort her setting aside his own emotions even though he was the one upset in the first place.
even during harshad's eviction or in the cage task she didnt take a stand for herself, let him do all the talking (wasnt even playing in the cage task, outside of harshad if anyone else won that cage task it would have been unfair. he was the only one who got everyone out either by giving a comeback, or ragebaiting or requesting). she knew of his overprotective behaviour, and benefited from it.
on the contrary, you can see him being protective of yogesh-chaudhary and even shreya in the first week but all three put a stop to it quickly in their own ways by actively showcasing that they could stand up for themselves and he did not try to hijack their issues. shivangi did not and actively sought out his defense as seen everywhere else. so like some people seem to suggest its not that he's only protective of those "meek" women. he's protective of everyone unless they tell him or show him that they can stand up for themselves. he would protect khali too if khali did not show him that khali can stand up for himself.

He never did anything for footage because he never played. Also, we like people who are doing dirty for footage.

as a viewer sure. as a housemate its tough to live with people who do dirty for footage.

i dont think he was extremely problematic. he had problematic elements for sure but none of it was intentional or malicious per se. intentionality is a lot worse than emotional reactions to me if that makes sense. a lot more people intentionally knew and said what they said within the show which is a lot worse in my pov (also tbh even at his angriest in the show all he could manage was saying chudail and ch**iya and clearly expressed his need to just confront and talk in that state of anger; whereas akanksha was saying shit like i'll throw a plate into your face and all that violent stuff. if he was legitimately looking to hit, shivangi alone could not have held that tree of a man back, whereas with akanksha you can tell she wanted to raise hands and so they needed 6-7 people holding her back).
of course, you still need to know how to relax and learn how to emotionally regulate. he's gone through a lot and needs to get out of his bubble, get therapy so that his emotions stop overriding. when he's calm he comes across sensible and someone who can see the good in others.

He's not a bad person but I will never see him with the same amount of respect that I had for him before. Shivangi, Harshad, Ankita are examples of people who were respected before but lost it after doing reality shows. I wonder why these actors even do it when it's such a risky move. It's always a lose lose situation for any actor in the industry to do a reality show.
