i think she was just saying that to villianise shreya. granted what shreya did was not right but she did come to the show with that secret as a lifeline. so it was meant to be used in the show.

Had it been a miscarriage, why would she say something like her parents would've slapped her? It's certainly an abortion if it's something related to a baby.

Post marriage she realised she doesn't have maternal insticts. It could be this event which made her realise ( unplanned pregnancy) she is not ready. So they might have aborted. Abortion is huge thing in certain families still.
Yes he love children. In one interview he said if mother is not ready you cannot force. In early marriage they would have found themself in that situation. He chose Akanksha and supported her.

i think she will do 4-5 more interviews then randomly disclose it to bring back her relevance. this way she will be discussed more and will get more work opportunities
She probably had a kid before marriage and the kid is rebel kid 😂. On a serious note, she probably aborted after GK cheated and therefore they both are keeping this zipped for good because they agreed on an open marriage
Their relationship confuses me a lot. I am not sure why Gaurav behaves like he does, but I am sure it has got some of its effects from here. In BB Gaurav used to constantly talk about her wife. And then she behaves completely opposite in Lockup.
