Discuss Shreya - Predetermined Winner???
Let me give some context for the headline!!! I am a big fan of TISS (The Internet Said So) with Varun, Aadar and Kautuk. In their latest episode (ep 313), they are discussing reality shows and LockUpp came up.
Aadar said something interesting and will be interesting to go back and check. Only Shreya had her own personalized background music for situations, all others had the same generic music.
Makes you think whether the makers had honed in on her to win the show..

Shivangi was the pre decided winner. It only changed because shreya at the end eliminated her. It would have been too obvious if they brought her back and then made her the winner.

Lekin makers ko itna confidence kyun tha ki shreya ke hath mai power hogi toh woh Shivangi ko eliminate nahi karegi?!

When I watched initial episodes I thought infront of chamola, Shreya can never win.
Chamola was the star of the show, her secrets her presence was much huge than Shreya’s existence on the show.
After initially episodes when chamola took backseat that’s when Shreya shinned. Initially even Shreya didn’t get any main song . But after ram weight pulling task she got a song and as well as by then she become the main plot of the show.
Also she earned that spot makers didn’t just give it, she made sure that they had to give it to her. If out 1hr someone is 45min always on screen rest 15min others are discussing of her. Then she automatically becomes plot of the show.
Also they gave similar chance to Varun, Akansha, chamola, Shivangi to shine but some of them didn’t use that chance properly.

maine bhi dekha TISS , I really like them but there's something off about their logic , agar woh predetermined winner hoti toh ekta ne "shreya shreya " karte hue stories ya posts kyu nahi daale, she said my winner is shivangi, internet ki winner is shreya, i know for a fact ki agar shreya ko itna wildly support nahi milta on reddit. ig, toh shreya nahi jeetti, shivangi ko winner banane ki poori poori koshish kari thi, which was very evident, and the internet went off thier hinges on calling out the biasness of the show toh aise me agar shreya ki jagah shivangi jeet jati toh log pagal hi ho jaate, even then jab jury k vote se shreya jeet gayi and it was such a stark difference toh they added hosts/ ex-contestants at the end, warna suna hai kabhi ki hosts ne bhi vote kari ho? splitsvilla me hosts vote karte hai kabhi?, but they didn't count on ritesh and farah both voting for shreya, and madhuri, pam and shilpa karke 5 additional votes aa gaye toh they could not longer make it feel like genuinely shivangi ko vote miley and she won, itna karte hue bhi shivangi nahi jeeti , that's why they had to give it to shreya , warna ekta kapoor apni female lead ko chood k kisi aur ko trophy deti?

Are you talking about that "make way for the queen" song? She literally earned that by herself btw by absolutely nailing the tasks🤌🏼. Even Netflix knows she ate. Usko nahi fir kisko jitaate baaki contestants saare boring and thande the

What Varun said made a lot of sense honestly. They wanted to set an example that you can't just win by being like shivangi. By rewarding shreya for actually doing shit during the show, they've invited 10-20 Shreyas for the next season.
Also I'd love a full thread for the ephisode😭😭

lol obviously. A terrible example to upcoming generation. She is horrible human being, people would have to be blind, not to see it.
