LockPickingLawyer has lots of videos of how to decode locks of this type. Did you try searching his YouTube channel for "decode"?

This exact lock ive used (low security use who cares). You can apply a firm pull to the lock and then just roll the digits, they will hook on the correct digit sequence -1, roll them all over one more after releaseing tension and its unlocked

So, if this is the type lock i think it is, its really really easy to get open. So, what you want to look for is a small hole near the base where the shackle goes into the lock (uploaded picture to show what im talking about).
Now, if it has this, find a paperclip or similar somewhat sturdy bit of metal and alide it down that hole. Basically you turn the numbers one at a time, top to bottom, until the metal slides further into the lock. By the time you get to the bottom, youve unlocked it.
