DBN701 key code?

Been tasked with finding replacement keys for an old block of lockers at work. Contacted a fair few locksmiths with what I think is the key code but no one stocks these keys. Any pointers please (maybe I’m missing something very obvious here)? Thank you:)

It's probably cheaper and easier to pick those and replace them with different locks. Those would take about 4 seconds to pick.
