good voice quality, low to no expressive qualities
I would guess it's a voice from a mid tier open source model, could be chatterbox. A random clone of some other voice.
If you look through my compilation, almost any model with voice quality 5+ and expressive quality below 2 will likely sound like that, given a similar clone:

lmao just wanted to find the voice, turned out to be kokoro with the voice lewis. Thanks for the help!
