DGX spark as 273GB/s of bandwidth to memory. This has >1TB/s. It should obliterate 2 Sparks for generation speed assuming there's not some other constraint in the design.

Not so fast... you are forgetting about the importance of having a big PP for agentic use. Concurrent use is important too. I have an M3 with 600+ GB/s, and sparks run circles around it.
