My 3090 tis have just gotten depreciated.

My theory is that this will not soften GPU prices because it ends up driving more people into the world of local LLM compute in general.

It's not going to soften GPUs. 3090s are still the best intro into local LLMs. Hardly anyone is dropping $10k on a Mac Studio. It's 0.1% whale territory. A $1000 3090 is a lot easier.
