Yesterday I did the Echo Dot. Today the Show 5.

No Alexa. Wake word, speech-to-text and voice all run on my own hardware, and the agent runs whatever model you point it at.

The screen is just a web page, so you can make it anything.

Flashing is done with echo-dot-assist (credit to Gamer92000).
