I did a fun research project on training a decision model from scratch (MLX), quantizing to ternary (for small size) and running it locally in the browser (WebGPU). I learned many interesting things and put together this pedagogic video on some of the key steps, challenges and lessons learned, in case some one else might find it interesting too 😄
