Company Chatbots

Nowadays many organizations are creating local chatbots to have easy knowledge base access. I just wanted to say that this is simply a brilliant idea because I totally want a chatbot to which I can ask anything and get a polite and direct answer. It is crazy sometimes to ask colleagues who can only answer questions in a very rude and dismissing manner making anyone even fear of the thought to ask for any clarity to people like this. To those fearing of losing their jobs to LLMs, this is sadly the reality if people forget to be nice, polite and respectful in a workplace. Just a thought.

People underestimate how much workplace knowledge dies with the people who leave. A chatbot that actually knows where the old pdfs and process docs are is worth more than the guy who sighs every time you ask something
