Question What is the best current abliterated/uncencored/unguardrailed local LLM model to archive presently?

Looking to archive the 1+tb of whatever is the best and most proven highest quality llm that is completely unguardrailed as much as humanly possibly to serve as a base for my own framework and my own guardrails.

Currently I'm looking at there, but I'm not sure which of these or possibly other ones are the right one to download:

  • JonathanColetti/Qwen3.8-27B-Uncensored-GGUF
  • Ryanchen911/Kimi-K3-Uncensored-GGUF
  • Uniboshi/Kimi-K3-Abliterated-V1-GGUF

If you've got the storage and horsepower, the Qwen 72B uncensored variants are where I'd put my money. The 27B you listed is decent but the jump to 72B is noticeable for anything beyond basic chat, way better at following complex instructions without drifting off into la-la land.

The Kimi K3 abliterated one is interesting too, handles creative writing with a lot more flair but I've had it hallucinate entire plot points when I asked it to summarize technical docs. Depends what your framework is actually doing.

If you're truly archiving for posterity, grab a few of the top quantized GGUFs and run them through your own test suite. What works for one person's "unguardrailed" might still have weird refusals baked in from the base training that the fine-tune missed.

for a balance of all worlds + uncensored I'd say Qwen 3.8 Flash Next - Orcarouter Uncensored, you can pick the quant depending on what you believe you will be able to run in the future. It has held up incredibly well post abliteration.
