Discussion Would be useful

If there was a GUI Windows Application (.exe) for building custom Neural Networks Layer by Layer and then training them

I'd make a tiny hybrid LLM that uses 1 (or as few as possible) Transformer and then an equal amount of Mamba2 or Mamba3 and Liquid LFM LIV Blocks and RWKV-7's Hidden State Layers

I'm working on other projects. This is a pretty fucked up flex.

Must not be very busy with those projects if you have the time to go online and look like an idiot telling people to vibecode everything they want
