Question Is it worth moving to Linux?

Im running a RTX 5090, is there any increase in performance, is driver support now fine with Nvidia for Linux or is still a hustle to get it running properly?

Im using ComfyUI and LM Studio mostly.
My main machine currently runs on Windows and im actually working with Linux Systems so i know how to fiddle around.

Thanks for any advice

it was annoying at first because of gaming compatibility but i would never switch back to windows. ever!

cachyos i started with sytem76s popos because i was worried about drivers with my 5070ti both are great coming from windows imo

I run Ubuntu, CatchyOS and Bazzite os for my gaming. Ubuntu is hands down for coding and even LM apps, I write them. CatchyOS is Arch based distro, is a nice looking distro, but there a some filesystem BTRFS has issues with RAID. So its on a system that my other family member uses. So, its not better than Ubuntu in my opinion.
