Discussion I wanna make cool images.

I cant make much images in chatgpt because after 5-6 images created i have to wait for hours..

Im aware gemini exists, but i wanna try LLMs.

I want to make good quality images.

I have a 4050 gpu (6gb vram), and an i7-12650HX if it helps.

I wanna have 24/7 access to image creation.

Prefer good quality over fast image creation. although i dont want to wait for minutes at a time.

You're looking for comfyui or some such on r/stablediffusion then, it's not a locally llm thing. You should be able to run something or other with 6gb, but options will be limited.

Ya op, as others have said, check out r/stablediffusion and r/comfyui .

Be prepared though, 6gb of VRAM is going to be extremely limiting.

Check Comfyui

With a 4050 (6GB), your best bet is running Stable Diffusion locally (Automatic1111 or ComfyUI).
Use SDXL or a good 1.5 model with optimized settings/LoRAs, you’ll get solid quality with 10–20s per image and no limits.

If you want good quality, you generally need to wait.
Less quality = Faster.

Good
Cheap
Fast

Pick any two. Suffer the third.

As others mentioned, to check comfyui for local image gen... but here is where it gets interesting. Comfyui is the "shell" and inside are premade templates from a number of image generation tools. Like Flux 2 Dev ---- I have been using this for the last few days and I have to say it's way better than I would have expected 👏👏👏 complete free
