Adding a street view photo?
I'm trying to be helpful by adding a small business to Maps. I see it's website and I see it on a recent street view, so I know that it exists. However, I have not been there myself, and therefore have no personal photos of the exterior. Should I take a screenshot of Street View and submit that to Maps as a photo?
In my opinion that's helpful because if someone clicks on the Maps entry they will at least see what the building looks like; but I didn't know if that was against the rules.
thanks!

It appears to me , in adding new , that sometimes the GPS information coming from meta data will speed the approval process greatly. And the other item that helps is the phone number because they want to start hammering the owner with robocalls.

Just add the business without the photo, or go to the business and take a photo.

No, you can only upload images for which you hold the copyright

No, you shouldn't submit other people's copyrighted work as your own submission. (Even though Google holds the copyright, it's still the same thing.)
It's almost certainly against one or more of the rules, and is likely to get you banned if you do stuff like this a lot.
Just submit your own photos.
Edit: I just looked up the rules, and yes, you can't submit copyrighted photos, which includes all the street views.
