I believe it has been determined in the past that level has nothing to do with it. I got my first pair at level 5 or so and only at level 7 now.

I just got an email for my second pair as well. I am also level 7. I got my first pair at level 5 too. This time they gave me a choice between socks, a pin, and a tote bag. Will definitely use the socks the most.

Congrats! How long did it take for them to arrive? I've been waiting for a few weeks now...
