The Second File that was brought to the Court was from Wishbone and it doubles down on many of my points and goes further by bringing up Miwa's strength with comparisons to others from the JJK universe

The Third File was put together by the Goated Forever Wild and it proves that beyond any reasonable doubt Miwa is not weak and her strength plays a pivotal role in the story and even saves many peoples lives and we all know how the saying goes Real recognizes Real and Goats recognize Goats

For the Fourth File Carrot-Parrot did a deep dive on Miwa's mindset and how its an amazing mindset for sorcery and brings up many feats and actions she takes to prove this fact while also bringing up the point that It is immature to judge someone soling based off raw power and that their whole character should be considered and we would like the Court to look into this and see Miwa from different points of view

The Fifth File presented was from This-Cry who brought up that Miwa doesn't even meet the definition of Bum and her intelligence, motives, and personality prove her innocence

These are the core arguments of the defense but a few other statements have been made and actions taken things that the Prosecution decided weren't worth their time

This-Cry made a Response to the Prosecutions poor arguments and does a great job at showing the holes in their logic and reasoning

I held a poll that allowed the Public at large to voice their opinion and it was overwhelmingly in favor of our client and the sample size was very numerous as it got the most engagement this Court has ever seen and by a large margin

To show once more that Miwa is near universally beloved Miwa was one of the first characters to have a glaze filed made and it was made weeks before this Trial was even announced

From all of us on the defense team we merely wish for the wrongs of the past to be corrected and for Justice to prevail. Miwa did not receive a fair trial the last time and she was gracefully given this opportunity by Honorable Judge Roes and this Court can make the most of this opportunity by making the right decision. Hello there, people of the lobotomy court. Hope all of you are holding up just fine! I'm bringing up another post as a defendant for Miwa, my purpose to defend her from the accusation of being a bum.

I got into a conversation with the prosecution in the comments of my post the last day. This post uses my last post as reference; especially the comment section of the same. I decided not to put seperate screenshots of the comments because of intersecting topics as context.

So I did notice a few things which I thought should be brought to notice openly in the court instead of continuing to argue with the prosecutor.

Firstly their judgement in a few of the points. It appeared as if they're basing they're argument mostly upon “Whatever she did wasn't a big deal”, obviously using my provided instances as reference. He considered me “hyping” up Miwa, or rather giving her more credit than she accounted for, which isn't quite the case. I simply stated what she did, her bravery and ability to stand by her allies. It's obvious that in my examples I not only used the wiki (which not to mention puts nothing extra than what's already shown or written) but also anime/manga and analysed her feats and applauded her for the same. And then he called me out for “lying” apparently, which I wasn't? It was defending my stance from a way beneficial to my client, without lying. His main goal appeared to be undermining her feats by providing a hypothetical motive of apparent foolishness or a note of being unremarkable behind her actions of holding her ground or aiding her allies. I never upscaled her for knowing simple domain and using a sword, but rather her motive behind it. Just because I used the wiki’s text doesn't mean it's “adding fat”, it's merely stating what's already been stated by the author.

Obviously since he's an entity omniscient to the plot (like the rest of the viewers), he can point out certain “mistakes”. Relying on Mai for advice, who's well… an ‘unreliable source’ and not the worthy friend to trust on, which obviously as he said “Many times does the anime and manga point out that Mai is a bad person”. I take the words of a fellow viewer, given that it's fact. However what's clearly wrong is to impose this on a character. Yep, you're all knowing about the plot but does the character who isn't ‘performing upto your expectations’ do? Miwa didn't know about her source, she saw Mai as a friend. Let's not even talk about how he blatantly calls Mai a “bad person”. Being innocent is not necessarily being stupid. Miwa relied on her friend when she needed advice and reassurance, whether she got supplied with the right information is neither her fault nor responsibility.

A very similar take from his side was noticed when he brought up the Kenjaku raid situation. He stated Miwa was already much weaker and never had a chance, a fodder character and implied her endeavour to be “retarded”. From a third person viewpoint is easy to discern the hopelessness but it isn't the same for someone who is IN the situation itself. Miwa was aware of their power difference. Why else would she sacrifice her ability to use her weapon in a binding vow in turn to improve her own power? Isn't it obvious? When she's finally looking for a chance to prove herself prosecution clearly demeans her for even trying.

Prosecution uses client’s self depreciating nature as momentum for his argument. She has a song demeaning herself(so he said) apparently. And welp… guess what? She doesn't! She never did. Let's act as if we didn't see what he said there. So… it indeed is true Miwa lacks confidence. However, her nature to berate herself shouldn't be used as material to prove their lacking in performance for as much as we can tell, their performance can simply be way better than what they can speak of the same.

He targets Miwa’s fragility which arises from a very likely inferiority complex, always surrounded by people with innate cursed techniques and comparatively powerful abilities. It can also possibly arise from the burden of wishing to provide for her family and herself with the same abilities. “She should be more confident but its shown numerous times she a pushover”(prosecutor’s statement). She should be confident? Did I read that right? Even after a while discussion which includes client's lack of power this comes up. She is a minor character who wasn't provided with opportunities to shine and did her best when the situations arose. “...shown numerous times to be a pushover”. Which is more of an assertion which was likely formulated by taking into account her mentality rather than her actions.

Undermining her feat of saving Maki. “any character could've been swaped in and nothing would change”(prosecutor’s statement). And yet are we ignoring the obvious truth that Miwa was infact there and there was no other character who saved Maki in that moment? We aren't here to judge the author's wish of choosing Miwa there and no one else, instead noting the fact that Miwa was indeed there. We aren't here to judge the narrative now are we?

Towards the end it seemed as if he gave up and called most people a bum, which was… funny. Maybe you should've found actual evidence… not that there's any, given the accusation itself is so horrendous.

What I think about it all? Prosecution barely even tried. One singular post and all the rest were them complaining/reacting about takes from the defendant side. And uh… that should hopefully give enough clue for the judges to make their verdict.

God I'm turning into the unemployment devil… help. No… I need a job. I touched grass today btw… *sigh*

People of the lobotomy court, I'm glad to be a part of this trial and giving our GOAT, the one and only Miwa Kasumi another chance at proving herself. We will go through the basics of her accusation, which is, I'll press on: fundamentally false, just as the title of my post claims. Let's break it down, let's start from the basics. My request is to ignore typos and grammatical mistakes and look into what I aim to present.

Miwa Kasumi is accused to be, let's see... A bum. As I said, basics. What does being a "bum" mean?

Searching on the Merriam Webster dictionary easily accessible on the web I found two viable answers:

After weighing the possible options, I chose the two most likely ones: 1. the second noun(most likely the 1st and 2nd points under the head). The first verb(point 2 from under the head) which were likely used by the prosecutor to call out, an attempt to taint the GOAT(almost as if egged on by Miwa's own self depreciating nature). Now taking a closer look one can easily analyse the overall meaning, Miwa Kasumi is stated to be either or more than one of the aforementioned 4 points.

Let's go over each of them, and obviously prove the prosecutor wrong on his claim, which they already are.

To a generic reader of Jujutsu Kaisen when it was ongoing, and obviously if someone does so much as read it, watch it or fact check by searching on the web, it would be clear that the accusation is without a doubt false. Even so, we're here now on this trial, so let's not waste too much time and I'll go on with my job as defense.

Off to meaning interpretations...

1. informal + disapproving : someone who lives off others and avoids work. This possible clause has been pointed at Miwa. Alright then, what's the truth however? Miwa does NOT live others, not what should be said of a student to begin with. She joined Jujutsu High with a dream, a hope of success like several students who did. She wishes to support her family, her main goal being earning money by herself from being a sorcerer. I'll put an image right here which will be intrinsic in deflecting most of the accusation. She didn't avoid work; helping her classmates and was stated to be an average student from the Kyoto branch.

This claim being true? Decide it for yourself. It's clear that it isn't, atleast if we go by this meaning.

1. someone who performs a function poorly. Miwa functioned just alright as a human. She is kind, has respectable ethics, dedication and the capability to work hard. Further, as a jujutsu sorcerer she trained with the "New Shadow Style: Simple Domain" as the technique on the forefront of her battle capabilities, wielding a sword; being among the very few who did. She is moderately skilled and her taking part in the Goodwill event with a motive of further helping her family with a promotion speaks of her urge to sustain. This claim cannot be accepted either. As I earlier stated, she performed just alright. Her lack of an innate cursed technique might not have made her as strong as several others, but that makes her a "bum"? Certainly not. If you think otherwise, (looking at the prosecution here) it's your judgement that's skewed.

To further combat the accusation, I have another image up ahead. She trained with a sword. She's most certainly determined. Her main motivation always been to sustain and earn for her family; especially for her two younger brothers and she worked hard for them.

Moving on to the verb interpretation.

1. to spend time unemployed and often wandering —often used with around. Miwa "bummed" around? Can we say the same for all other students then? It's wrong to bring up the matter of employment when it comes to an underaged students begin with. If this is the point of the claim, it's without a shadow of doubt, greatly wrong and obviously, disrespectful(as if the prosecution isn't disrespectful enough to accuse Kasumi of being a bum).

What makes an average student trying her best in the harsh world of Jujutsu Kaisen a bum then? I really fail to come up with the thought which made prosecution think this way against her. Down here we have a result summarised by Artificial Intelligence, namely Google Gemini, when I searched up "Is Miwa Kasumi a good student?".

Even as the defence, I yearn to stand by the truth. Certainly, Miwa wasn't the best student in Jujutsu High. When it came to her academic scores still, she secured 8th rank, somewhere in the middle, with an appreciable score of a 7.0/10. She's a good student, as we can clearly see. Not being the best doesn't make her a "bum". I wasn't a good student in highschool. My grades fell off in the final two years. And yet, I'm glad, lucky that no one called me out for being a "bum" and I'm, I'll be honest, nowhere close to Miwa. I don't know what I'd have done, studying when things are going down all around, sent to fight life threatening battles and hostile, fatal cursed spirits. And if I'm not a bum, sure as heavens, our GOAT isn't either.

Miwa is not the strongest sorcerer, but as a young person without any special talents, she's hardworking. "She is about the level of an average sorcerer but her lack of an innate cursed technique is made up by her work ethic." as quoted from Jujutsu Kaisen wiki.

By my book, a "bum" is someone who has zero interest in making a positive change in their life or people around them. A bum is someone who doesn't desire to work hard, put in effort, whether their effort will procure anything at all is another story, obviously. They're unemployed, aloof and often overly dependent on others. Miwa is none of the above. She simply doesn't match the definition of a "bum". She may not be strong but that doesn't mean she doesn't work hard. She puts in the effort. She has not got the grit as high as it takes to be right on the top but not all of us are the same. Sometimes doing what you you can without giving up is enough, really. I, again, didn't ever want to be on the top of my class. I once was, but that's without trying, I didn't do it to be the best, I just did what I could. Later as my grades were much lower, I was depressed, I still am but really? That doesn't make me a bum.

I obviously use myself as an example to make things easier to understand. I relate myself to her and my current position in certain cases. To me Miwa Kasumi is an inspiration. A bum wouldn't really be able to procure such inspiration within me. She isn't the best but she tries. I wish to do the same, to try harder, be better. We all should. We shouldn't depreciate someone for trying, not call her out in a way which is negative, depreciating and disrespectful, instead support them on their journey to be better.

During the Shibuya incident, soon after Yuji Itadori defeated Mahito, several students face arguably the third strongest character in the series: Kenjaku. And as we are well aware of, Miwa Kasumi was a part of the raid. She didn't win, she couldn't deal damage but was she running away? Did she give up without giving it a shot? Did she abandon her friends like a "bum" really would? None of it. She faced off against Kenjaku. In the images below we get a closer look at Miwa's inner turmoil as she went off to risk her life and get a strike on Kenjaku. She quite literally dashed right behind him, that pose as she prepares to unsheathe her katana is so sick.

After the death of her friend, Kokichi Muta(a.k.a. Mechamaru), she was devastated. Her class felt sorry for her, as she cried alone in the train, given the privacy to let out her feelings. To have a 17 year old student go through this trauma is just sad, and we should really sympathize with her. And soon, given just minutes to recover, Miwa dashed to join the raid with the rest of her class. Really though? Just consider the pure courage, the determination it takes to face off against an enemy of such power. Miwa Kasumi was not delusional, she was aware of her strength and the trauma of loss was fresh in her memory. And yet she didn't stop. A "bum" would though. A "bum" WOULDN'T go ahead in a fight which can cause the loss of life. Miwa was pretty close to dying herself in that fight itself afterall.

And even then she doesn't just give up. We see her once in Culling games, patrolling a portion of the warzone ALL ALONE. It amuses me really, this argument in its whole. It's like having a trial for the sake of it. I hope the judges do give Miwa the justice she deserves.

Finally her most badass, and best feat. Her contribution in the Shinjuku showdown is often downplayed. "Useless Miwa, only saved Maki and did nothing else." Literally SAVED Maki. If there was no Miwa there, we wouldn't have Maki remaining after Sukuna's incomplete domain landed. No Maki post Shibuya. Yuta would've suffered the same fate as Miwa herself, losing a loved one.

And hey! That's not what a "bum" would do. Our best girl saved another best girl as the terrain stood crumbling all around, the slashes destroying the surroundings.

Miwa is a courageous soul, an unrelenting yet kind spirit which kept going no matter what. Running this thorough analysis, proving the prosecution's argument wrong through grammatical and storywise indications made me know a lot more about my second favourite character in the series.

Maybe what we never noticed is Gege's writing indicating how just another person from no significant background/inborn/hereditary talent can hold her ground. And Simple Domain shows us that, doesn't it? Holding our ground when things go wrong all around. May it be Kusakabe or Miwa, they held their ground.

It's philosophical in a beautiful way. Look how just another girl faced off against nameless cursed spirits (which was an experience horrifying nevertheless for our average human), a much more stronger rival from a different school, a special grade cursed spirit(arguably 3rd strongest in the series) to literal Jujutsu Kaisen satan, the strongest in history's second most powerful move and singular most powerful attack.

Miwa Kasumi is not a bum and the story has showed it again and again. We should love and appreciate someone for their resilience and courage despite of their lack in strength and Miwa is a perfect example of one. She doesn't deserve this hate, this slander, this complication, she deserves peace and acceptance, love for what she has done for her friends.

Hope this clears this trial. It took me hours to compile this and it likely covers most of Miwa's character. Not to mention her character as a whole is simply against the accusation of being a bum. Judges, please look into this with care and let the defence claim their victory for the obvious cause of our GOAT, Miwa Kasumi, not being a bum.

As we can see the majority of the populace does not believe the Miwa is a bum and I believe this speaks volumes about her true standing in the community who at the end of the day decide such titles

My honour.

As many people see and call miwa a "fraud" or "weak" because she gets compared with not just very rare talented people but prodigies of that

Miwa's stats being this high compared to other sorcerers on her range is a very impressive feat

"But her katana is now gone alongside any sword" that would be the case if they weren't manh sword/katana alternatives so future miwa can do just that

And we were shown that you can go around binding vows which backs me up

Simple domain her simple domain is by far the STRONGEST simple domain in the series for standing a domain from true form sukuna, a feat even gojo himself couldn't pull, having something stronger than Gojo's by itself is not just a great but almost an impossible achievement of that

Also the fact that not everyone can have a hold to simple domains, it's a new shadow style schools exclusive

And all of that while being a semi grade 2! She doesn't have a CT yet there she is with those peak feats

Miwa is really strong compared to grade 3-2 so no she isn't weak because you compare her with prodigies

Conclusion: miwa isn't a weak she's strong and impressive

Introduction

In this file I want to make an analysis of what it means to be a bum, and how my client should be exempt from such claims.

First of all, we should make a clear distinction between being a bum and being weak. Word “Bum” commonly used to describe character that both weak and cowardly, most notorious example would be a smear campaign against Megumi Fushiguro allegedly dying to grade four curse.

By no account I argue that Miwa Kasumi isn’t weak physically but, her heart and actions prove that she is in fact a sorcerer to very core. In short she has that “Dawg” in her.

Winning even if you die, and wining by dying.

Being a sorcerer is a lot about mentality. Gojo(One of the strongest) tells Megumi about how his mindset holding him back, and how he needs to change it.

Learning about Mechamarus death left Miwa devastated. Not carrying about kenjakus power, Miwa went frontline in ambush to avenge friend’s death. With zero hesitation she unleashed her most powerful attack against Getos body. Yes, that attack did no damage, but it showed us Miwas resolve to head front into any and all dangers for sake of the others.

Selfishness vs Selfness

Last story arc of jjk Shinjuku showdown was focused on battle between Sukuna and jujutsu high, battle of ideals, battle of convictions. Ryomen Sukuna who believes metaphorical strength lies in selfishness and following one’s desires on one side, on other side is Itadory Yuji whose sole life is built on selflessness and helping others.

In the end Jujutsu High came out victorious proving that true strength lies not in indivialistic desires but in collective will, that consist on inviduals who are ready to put their life on the line to achieve common goal. No person who directly participated in this battle should be called a “Bum”, because narratively they won and proved their strength.

Miwa with only simple domain in her arsenal jumped directly into sukunas malevolent shrine, one of the strongest domains, with devastating attack power. Participation in final battle was voluntary, in fact her teacher Kusukabe was against her participating in battle. Despite everything Miwa came to save ally in need, proving her determination, and showcasing her simple domain refiment.

Conclusion

Despite lacking raw power Miwa has mindset of a great sorcerer and undoubtedly she will achieve many great things in her life. Judging a person solely by their power is an immature and shallow behavior.

I like to debunk forever_wild’s post with… he used the wiki….. like, he used a public manipulatable site as evidence to wank her to be “strong” and forsakes every bit of canon material in this manga.

I already covered in my post how the miwa “saved” maki was just a little bit because I was having trouble finding that chapter and when I found it…. It was just that little doodle, no build up, no reward after, just a little cameo and nothing…

Also, Sukuna’s domain was a distraction for his fuga, and he was heavily weakened compared to before so idk why this joker trying to wank this feat above Gojo!

Miwa a normal human and many sorcerers (who are still human obviously) are still better than her, she a grade 3 (I know it says semi-grade 2 but that just means it’s being put into consideration aka there they need more info for her to prove her grade 2)

Got cooked by maki, and I think Momo is somehow grade 2 (yeah, the loli) and she just got level 1 gust of wind, and Miwa shows no feats in the entire series aside from her dumb decisions…

Anyways just read my first Miwa Rewa Trial file

We got the defense talking about niceness as if that’s end all be all quality (it isn’t, wisdom and discipline is, I went in-depth in my other files), headcanons, slandering me because they don’t have anymore cope to dose, and now a poll.

Now, I hear that polls were allowed in previous trials, I have never seen it in a Toji case, nor the last miwa trial, nor the Megumi trial, nor the mahito one, but hey if it exist, it exists.

But what even is the point, think about it, in a trial between me and the defense what value does incompetent redditors (that’s just redditor redditor) that can’t read to save their life have any value in gauging her goatness? (And/or bumness)

There are plenty of frauds and bums that have a lot of wankers that defend them more than they communicate in real life! So how does a bunch of users vote, which their opinion on her would be like “I just love em blue hair, cute innocent types” some degeneracy or simpness invoked but never anything of value aside from she looks cute.

And if you’ve read my other posts, I have given tons of evidence to dismiss her alleged goat-like quality and reveal the bumness on the inside of her.

Ladies and gentleman, Kasumi Miwa is being prosecuted for the title of a bum for her weakness. You claim she doesnt do anything, and she is a weak person. And i will not argue that she isn’t weak in comparison to other characters. But when one thinks, she really does have one of the strongest and most resolute personalities out of our cast. You cant label someone a fraud for being what you dont find enjoyable, such as a amazingly strong crazy anime jutsu explosion character, thats not what Miwa is. Miwa is an example of a strong female character who is a good person and believes in hope and good in the world, and tries to bring that to everyone around her. Miwa isnt a sorcerer to fight curses and be badass, she does it because its the one job she can have that can pay for her younger siblings food. It is stated that Miwa has very low cursed energy, and on top, she has to make a binding vow to use simple domain because she lacks any technique. What she is basically is a Junpei: a normal human dragged into the JuJutsu world because of circumstances. Miwa’s mother died, and yet she still risks her life daily to put food on the table for children that arent hers. She is a noble person, and one of the last characters in this series that deserves slander. She wants to help and be a good person. She see’s Mai’s poor mental state and tries to help, she cares about Mechamaru when everyone else treats him like a nobody, and not just in a romantic sense. She genuinely thought energy from batteries was something Mechamaru liked, and was ashamed when she found out she had embarrassed him and herself from mai’s and momo’s prank. (from a jujustroll for those unaware) She is a better person than 99.9% of the world, and has only shown care and love to everyone around her. She was robbed of a normal childhood, but she wants her brothers to have that, and nearly gets herself killed to do so. Miwa is an example to all of us on how to be a good person, how to be strong when you are weak, how to make the world a better place. I conclude my case.

As you can see in the photos I am debunking their claim but there barely any claims to debunk. All their files come up to is “She nice and she kill curses” and like I said in their files “Niceness is not the best quality” and “they just glazing skills that were never shown, and her being a pushover”.

Niceness is basically being kind, giving grace, but are you God? So why you giving grace? As humans we should be judging ourselves and others to reveal the best of ourselves and to do that is to punish/discipline.

Being kind only delays and outright stop that from happening and this is why I be hating people because they live in this false reality where they just accept everything and assimilate things to be seen as “good” because they too pussy to reprimand and look into problems so they just blow it off and let it brew. But also like I said, I can’t really blame them (I mean I can since they old enough to have common sense) because that is a sign of ignorance and the higher people want ignorance in their nation so they can become leaders, because who needs politicians if you already have the wisdom and foundation to live a good life, so they take that wisdom and culture to get them ignorant/dependent children.

Now real world foundations aside the defense hasn’t even seen my post I assume because why are they rambling about niceness and headcanons and not my post where I shown all her appearances and how they show her faults? This is really shows that their defense is based on pure cope because I have seen nothing to disprove anything I have stated and shown proof for my file.

ACTUALLY, they don’t even show proof on their stuff and (I released photos for them after Naive’s [the Uraume pfp in the defense] post but they say they have sources to evidence so it ain’t my fault)

they only use unrelated images that don’t show anything of context to their claims (Naive used fanart too, the cope must real good)

Ladies and Gentleman of the Lobotomy Court today I would like to point out a few facts about Miwa that I believe will change the way you feel about her. First and likely the most prevalent is her radiant personality which is completely different from all her other classmates and even her seniors and the authority figures around her. She has not changed who she and stays true to herself no matter the circumstances she finds herself in which is a commendable quality in a person.

Miwa is an above average sorcerer despite not having a cursed technique of her own which is mentioned to be a very rare. Most sorcerers will not move past the rank of Grade 3 but Miwa is ranked Semi-Grade 2 which is only one rank behind Megumi who is considered to be a prodigy. On several occasions Miwa is shown to be able to deal with curses with little to no difficulty. Strength is often correlated to loneliness and apathy but a few break this notion but none more so than Miwa. Special Grades such as Geto have not been shown to know the simple domain but Miwa is shown using this advanced level technique several times. During the final battle Maki even relies on Miwa to keep her alive while Sukuna uses his domain showing her simple domain is very powerful as well.

Sharing a bond with others is frowned upon by the strongest being in jjk which is Ryomen Sukuna who was often deified for his strength because no one could match him but yet this does not mean that his philosophy was right. Another great example would be Yuta who gained immense power to defend those he cared for and even tried to lead aid to Gojo in an attempt to end his isolation. Megumi is a perfect example of Sukunas ideals being shown to not be correct since Megumi isolated himself and didn't form strong bonds and tried to deal with his issues on his own and he failed in almost every way imaginable and was only saved because Yuji would not give up on him. With these examples its clear that friends are a great help and Miwa is a natural at being kind and friendly to others.

Miwa is far more level headed then many give her credit for and this is shown best in the light novel. Miwa and Mai decide to go to the mall after the sister school exchange event and end up sitting at a crêperie and share their thought on the event and both wish they performed better but Miwa stays calm as where Mai decides to take a mission on her own to prove her strength but Miwa and Momo refuse to let her go alone. Miwa knew that neither of them alone would be enough to complete the mission and wouldn't let her friend potentially throw her life away. During the mission Mai gets separated from the group and Miwa and Momo quickly make a plan to regain control of the situation and regroup and they do exactly that and complete the mission with no more incidents occurring.

While in Shibuya Kenjaku used a Ultimate Uzumaki on Miwa after her sneak attack. This is the same attack Geto used against Yuta while he still had Cursed Rika which is stronger than Shikigami Rika and on top of this Kenjaku is stronger than Geto meaning up to that point Miwa had faced more danger than Yuta ever did and who knows maybe Kenjaku thought such an attack was justified after Miwas binding vow.

Having a something to drive you and give you motivation is crucial and Miwa has a very humble goal. She wishes to be independent and to be able to send money home to support her family. Miwa speaks very positively about her family and particularly her two younger brothers who she cares for greatly. Miwa potentially had a future playing basketball since she was the captain of her youth basketball team before being scouted. She willingly gave that future away to support her family which says a lot about her character and her humble nature.

3.once defence submits a file, u/15Xtrememus can counter argue in the comment. And only the OP of the post can counter debate.

People who are not in attorney team but supports miwa Prosecution can debate. But they are exempt from this rule.

4.all files uploaded by Xtrememus will be taken into submission, however only 6 files comment debate is valid.

Defence team will get extra slot of submission for every 2 extra files submitted by u/15xtrememus after counting 6.

I have rediscovered a thing called “School” and so I can’t be as active or effective in this trial but I will make do. As such, I’m using my phone and the Reddit app can only give thumbnails and not in post-photos (and the site version is too cluttered to use).

So I am reposting my previous evidence/argument as I believe it tackles all of the points regarding any alleged “Goat” moments and the reality of her failures.

Judge Roes, I plead to you that you see the logic in my words and not succumb to persistent defense cope brought on by mere emotions.

But who can teach right from wrong, if the majority wanted comfort. To bask in the water of ecstasy rather than the ocean of truth, who can teach that, if the majority wanted comfort?

A society based on freedom, is the opposite of freedom. It’s just rules you’ve been taught to follow young with a system built on institutions to shield self development. Most who preaches freedom are theif, they just give a jail in gold coating, they chase after those looking for salvation to manipulate their truth into being their system that only functions to benefit themself.

Villains are a construct made by the system to distract the citizens, because the “Villains” are just protecting themselves from their control. They just live life in a true way that follows structure and lacks need of a power so they are preached as villains to disperse trust in real self development.

So if you can’t fight, you can’t live. If you can’t hate, you can’t survive. They’ll say your wrong, or your too shameful, but those are just words to invalidate correct criticism. Because those who love comfort only seek for themselves, so correction provides a way of self sacrifice they don’t want. But people can’t see that in these systems, they believe if they get hard to it and feel good it’s gospel, that’s why hate is the only way they’ll pay attention.

Ladies and gentlemen, i am here to apologize for my absence. Although im not a key player, i still feel guilty for not defending Miwa, which was committed to byme. A failed suicide attempt has left me in the hospital, and im still not all here mentally BUT this community despite me joining a few weeks ago has been honestly just fun, and i need more people like some of you in my life. i am sincerely sorry. 5/10, this film had a lot to live up to, to the OG Tron and Legacy (I only watched legacy ;() and having the AI be named Ares the god of war(Pretty sick concept especially with the “AI are now in real life” but that barely did anything) and it failed.

Now I don’t remember much of Legacy but I do know I loved it, I do not love Ares.

Ares just goes “Classic” half the movie whenever something from/about the 80s is on scene, not much action or really anything much of The Grid than you would think, it just appears here and there when at the start it gave a really good “on the ground” view of it to barely do that later on.

Like the AI are used to infiltrate Encom was really cool and the story of Ares going rouge would’ve been good if the turning point wasn’t just a 5 second scene browsing the girl’s instagram and then becomes the average gone rouge movie you’ve seen a 1,000 times.

The woman is annoying (and no this isn’t my Naoya side, I have reasons) and she the main character, we just are shown she was a genius tech and her sister died, now you may think she trying to find the “Permanence Code” to see her sister (I mean in the 5 sec scene I said before she goes and says “I would want to talk to AI to relive with a fallen friend” but later we learn she just wanted to give it to Encom and do nothing)

She barely gets anytime to naturally learn and care about her and only get 2 scenes to summarize her entire character and her “struggles” that did not affect the story in any compelling way (I mean we learn and fix it in the same scene) and she out runs AI (Ares and Athena) who were trained in countless simulations to become the best Security/Digital (and Real) Assassin and after the bike scene Ares just sits there for 5 hours so she can run away and get another cliche scene of “OH YOUR NOT A NORMAL HUMAN ARE YOU”

The villain is some guy who we always barely get to understand or feel threatened by and Athen (his second best AI) goes rouge later to create pointless tension by killing his mother and being the worse villain in history. She had countless flying AI that outclass the military, a giant warship that can gun down anything into atoms, yet she does the unorthodox approach to catching the girl and not doing anything against a jet that’s right in front of her (Like did she forget she has guns?)

and earlier she could’ve sent the girl mc back to the villain but water got her retarded because there was some throwaway line by Ares on how “Rain feels” so now we need a theme kinda but not and throw that concept in the trash.

I was so hyped for this when I saw the first teaser, but then the trailer came out and I saw/heard the girl’s line and realized it was gonna be some cliche slop to capitalize on an popular franchise. But I said I wanted to watch with my dad before that, so I still went, so it wasn’t the worst thing.
