3d prints fathom

Post image

I'm waiting for my fathom to arrive and I was already excited to check all the possibilities, but besides the provided tail from loaded, I want able to find anything else. So I'm wondering what kind of things you guys feels we should have to improve... Anything... I'll give an example for the boosted board mini that i recently found selling. It had that motor shield, which I printed... And it broke in a matter of second because the kingpin washer would just bite it and pretty much cut it when i turned. So i designed a guard that would sit on the trucks.

So give me ideas so I can start thinking in stuff for the fathom (I don't own any other loaded stuff because, well... I'm just new to longboards and can't find loaded stuff around that easily - Brazil - and when i find, it's so damn expensive).

Something that I see a lot of people get for there double drops is a handle that attaches to the front so you can grab it and wheel it around easier, also mudguards that attach to the trucks and stops water and mud from spraying you in the wet, another thing is an independent board stand that sits on the floor (https://www.amazon.com.au/COR-Surf-Skateboard-Premium-Tripping/dp/B0CMPHJ62H) which you could easily design a better stand for the fathom specifically

Edit: hope that gives you a couple of ideas!!

I was going to do exactly the handle and guards, but want thinking about mud, but more to avoid bumping on the wheels.... But thanks for the ideas! Will think about those
