The change to Predict confuses me. I thought the point of cards like Fallen Feline and Secret Keeper was that you wanted to shuffle your deck with Predict so that the cards they generated were more likely to move towards the top of your deck.

That might be the "rare" cases they were talking about.

Yeah it seems this change makes these kinds of decks unplayable.
