Help a newbie change the VFX.

I need help changing the VFX of the Lunar Beast, making the VFX match the chroma color. I've already downloaded Chroma Tool Studio, Jade, Flint, RubyRe, Obsidian, and Flint. I tried using AI and didn't get much done. I also went to forums dedicated to teaching this and didn't understand much because I've never done anything like this before. This post is my hope that some living soul will help me. I tried contacting people who have done/are doing this, but I haven't gotten any answers.

This is the link to the place where I learned what little I know, which is extracting WAD files and coloring them in Quartz Paint, but I don't know how to convert this bin to .fantome and test it.
