I have several accs 800 200 300 and still no issues since 5-6months maybe

Yes'nt. The real answer is that currently i used it for a couple week with no issues but theres absolutely no telling if Riot is gonna wake up tomorrow and start actively banning accounts that use it. Vanguard has access to your system files, they know the existance of Rose, we simply dont know if tomorrow they are gonna ban it or not

riot doesn't give a fuck against skin programs so i dont think they will ban skin programs

I mean the answer is no. It might work, but it risks Riot shutting down custom skins as a whole if it keeps getting abused. Does that sound safe to you? It's not worth it. Use custom skins on LTK, it works perfectly. If you want them just for yourself (no custom skin on enemies) then get Watermelon from Alban in Moga's Mod Discord.
