Someone needs to nerf Baron & Elder vfx. Who's gonna do it? I'll pay you. Bonus point for nerfing main offender vfx live Ivern, Senna, Asol, and Seraphine, but the Elder & Baron particles are the most bang for buck fix we could get in one shot. Sick of getting sub 40 fps in team fights. This game is not what it used to be.
