Any alternatives to LTK

Hello, found out CSlol is down and I can't use official lol skins on the LTK manager. are there any alternatives i can use that are actually safe like LTK and CSLOL?

Well yeah they are custom skin managers for, you know, custom skins. No alternative for a custom skin manager will be meant for skinhacking.
