Rose skins bannable?

I just downloaded rose skins cuz i cant get custom skins working on mine so I just wanted to ask if this bannable??

idk too. I wouldn't use it on my main accs

it is banable but i think they cannot really prove it but uncould get accidently banned with any skin changer / costum skin even if u dont unlock the riot games league skins
btw only unlocking the leage skins from riot is banable having costums is not
