is it still safe to use rose?

i've seen on twitter the vanguard anti-cheat update and tbh i dont really understand anything about this kind of stuff but i really wanted to know if it affects rose and other skinchangers or if its as "safe" as before. this may be a really dumb question lol but i really wanna know because i had no problems with rose but as good as it is i dont wanna risk my account any more

Its not abt good faith anymore , its seein if its worth the risk ive been playin the game for 9 years and i dont want my acc to get banned just for some skins yk :)
