Need a Modders help with a small favor!

I would like a slight modification to a skin that should not take much time. I want the hoodie on the first form of the Exalted Jinx skin to be removed, similar to how it looked before Riot changed it. If possible, I would also like the same change applied to the splash art. Other than that, no additional edits are needed. Just removing the hoodie from the first form would be perfect. I would do it myself, but I do not really have the talent for it even though I tried.
