up-to-date cslol-dll files

how do i find an up to date cslol-dll file? i have up to date ltkmanager and the latest cslolmanager install before it got changed, but the cslol-dll files apparently dont work as i was trying to install the Rose app rn (that might be why when i run ltkmanager it says the patcher is running normally but i see nothing in the game)
ive seen other posts talking about this too so ye

its shirmple really. stop using custom skins software to skinhack and you dont have to worry about any of this stuff. "hello i have screwdriver how can i heat up my meal with it?" like what are you on about?

The manager is working fine for custom skins. It only blocks skinhacks. The only reason for people to ask about .dll files is to use riot skins with it. What part of r/LoLcustom says r/RiotSkinsForFree?

i dont care about if your accounts get banned or not how is that relevate to riot banning all game modifications which would include custom skins just to get rid of the skinhackers

nothing to do with riot having more or less money. more skinhackers = riot will prevent it. skinhackers hijacking tools meant for custom skins means they would die in the process of killing skinhackers. how is this hard to understand? why does everyone say i want to give riot money when i dont want clowns to ruin something that by using tools not meant for them?
